A fine early 20th century mahogany display cabinet by All Away & Co., Reading, likely dating from the early 1920s.

The cabinet features an bow front with glass panels to all sides, allowing for full visibility of displayed items from different angles . It stands on cabriole legs and retains 3 glass shelves, supported on cast metal brackets. The interior base is finished in a black fabric , providing contrast and enhancing the presentation of objects within.

The single glazed door is fitted with a brass ring handle and escutcheon, and the cabinet bears the original maker’s plaque to the base. Well constructed throughout, the cabinet displays a rich mahogany tone with a pleasing aged patina.
